Acupuncture invovles the insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body. A key component of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management.

Cupping

Suction is applied to strategic areas on the body in varying intensities often leaving light to dark discoloration on the skin for 3-7 days

Moxibustion

A relative of acupuncture that does not penetrate the skin, rather , it utilizes a cigar made of burning mugwort to warm specific acupuncture points and regions.

Mai ‘Mini’ Menu  $45

   Mini treatments are 25 minute, community based, acupuncture treatments. Acupuncture ‘point prescriptions’ are predetermined, so I recommend choosing a treatment that “sounds most like you.” These are great to add between full, personalized treatments or all on their own.

MSP Coverage:

   For  MSP beneficiaries receiving premium assistance, MSP contributes $23 per visit for a combined annual limit of 10 visits each calendar year for the following services: acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, naturopathy, physical therapy and non-surgical podiatry.
