Weekend Warriors
For the more practiced yogi who is ready to build up a bit of a sweat and is comfortable flowing through the more common yoga poses safely.
Sat: 9:45-10:45am
Saturday Morning Stretch
Deep Stretch is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. Living in a forward facing, seated world, these areas tend to be tight for most everyone.

Yoga Therapy (Group)
with Kim Gladwin
Yoga Therapy is the specific application of yogic tools—postures/exercises, breath work, meditation techniques, and more—to address an individual's physical, mental, and emotional needs. A primary objective of yoga therapy is to create more function and ease in the body and mind so individuals can fully enjoy their life and activities.
Yoga Therapy is beneficial for those experiencing any level of pain, fatigue, tension and stress, and feel it is getting in the way of leading a quality life. Yoga therapists work with a wide range of abilities and backgrounds, from athletes to those with limited movement, chronic pain, illness, and injury.
Fri: 10:30 - 11:30am
Somatic Yoga
Somatic Yoga is made up of small, slow, and incredibly gentle movements that are used to re-educate the brain, encouraging a release of any negative patterns which no longer serve us. This is an opportunity for any tight or restricted areas of the body to release and move more functionally.
This class is very relaxing and perfect for the yogi who ”hurts everywhere.” Fantastic for all levels.
Wed: 9:15-10:15am
Yo Qi (Yoga Qi gong fusion)
Qi gong (pronounced “chee-gung”) is a collection of basic tai chi-style movements, massages, and energetic practices that improves the circulation and balance of the body’s vitality or “life force energy”.
When practiced regularly with conscious breathing and mindful awareness, qigong stimulates the body’s inherent healing energy and fosters its healthful flow throughout the body. In addition to health maintenance, qigong is especially valued for its regenerative qualities supporting individuals with minor or serious illnesses, injuries, energy blocks whether deficiencies or excesses, and emotional/spiritual disbalances. The basic individual movements are relatively easy to learn and to practice, providing the additional value of discernible benefits with a modest investment of time.
